My customer want to know IRF7862 ESD withstand voltage.  Could you pls let me know.  Or is there any place where I can find the data from WEB site?

Hello Miyata-san,

Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.

Usually, ESD related test results and qualification are present in the Product Qualification Report.
This document can be found in the product page under "Documents".
The Product Qualification Report for IRF7862 is the following:
REPORT

For parts which have been subject to ESD testing, the voltage class would be shown under "Electrical Stress Test Results" -> "ESD(HBM)".
The image below shows the example of IPT60R022S7.

Unfortunately, for IRF7862 there is no ESD test result in the Product Qualification Report.
This means that the products is not qualified for any ESD level.
Therefore, we can assume that it is a Class 0 (no ESD protection).
