Hi Infineon,

We are using IRF6614TRPBF in our products which is currently near EOL. Can you please suggest a direct replacement for this MOSFET from Infineon.

Unfortunately, we do not have any exact replacement in same package.

May I know the operating condition of the device so that we can suggest alternate components of same package which can be best possible fit for your design?  As of now we can only suggest IRF6613.

Thanks for the reply.

This device is used in a motor H-bridge circuit. Vds = 20V and Id = 2A. We need a device which have the same package and same or better Rdson and Vgsth of IRF6614TRPBF. Please let me know if you need more details.

Dear @SudheerV,

The mentioned IRF6614TRPBF MOSFET is compatible with the package that has the footprint of a MICRO-8 and 0.7 mm profile only. We do not have any MOSFET in same package and profile.

If you are compatible with any other package details which may serve the purpose, pl let us know.
