Hi, I am looking for a point of contact to address the following customer questions for the MPNs quoted in the title.
"However, in order to validate the use of these components we need to be sure that the Drain-Source breakdown voltage (V br DSS) is confirmed to be at a minimum of 800V @25°C.
This specification is critical for our application and we would like to know if you can share more information, like testing/qualification reports on this characteristic for both MPN."

Thank you for posting on the Infineon Developer community.
IPD80R600P7 & SPD04N80C3ATMA1, both can withstand 800V across drain to source at Tj=25degC. This is also evident from the Drain-source breakdown voltage vs Tj characteristics provided in the part datasheet. Datasheet information can be considered guaranteed data.
If you further require VDS distribution data across different lots, please contact our local FAE or sales representative for support.
