What is the Rds(on) of the IPB110P06LM when the ambient temperature is 80 ℃?
Please tell me how to read Diagram.9 of the data sheet.

Hi,

The graph showing the Rdson variation with respect to temperature is shown below,

rdson.png

As explained by SoU_4942226, the Rdson at Tj = 80 ℃ is 1.4, which means resistance is 1.4 times compared to when Tj = 25 ℃.

Regards,
Abhilash P

In this Diagram.9, the Rds(on) is expressed as a percentage of the temperature change of Tj with the Rds(on) at Tj = 25 ℃ as 1.
- At Tj = 25 ℃, Rds(on) = 11 mΩ

From this graph, the normalized Rds(on) when Tj = 80 ℃ is 1.4, which means resistance is 1.4 times compared to when Tj = 25 ℃.

- when Tj = 80 ℃, Rds(on) = 11 x 1.4 = 15.4mΩ

Dear YuTa_4942221 and SoU_4942226,
Thank you very much for your posting IFX Power MOSFET forum.

I have one request.
Could you please described the documentation which you referred to (including the link if available)?
This kind of information would be helpful for us and avoid any confusion caused by different document referred.

It would be appreciated if you comprehend for this.

regards,
