Are there valure correct?(Ciss, Coss,Crss)
Especially, the Ciss seems like too low value.

The datasheet value is correct.
The Ciss is correct too.

IPB110N20N3LF is called LinearFET family.
It is suitable for hotswap application.
This family is specialized for Turn-on spec.(SOA)
On the other hands, Turn-off spec is inferior to the other devices.
