FET Power and Thermal Simulation

Hi team,

We recently come across  Infineon power simulation .

Our requirement is to simulate a BLDC driver H bridge circuit  , Actually MOSFET 's are not  available in the tools , only IGBT's and Modules found .

Our FET Part no's are below 

1.IRFP7530PbF

2.IPTC014N08NM5

Can you please help us to simulate above FET's or even equivalent to them   for power and thermal calculations

Hi,

For an urgent simulation out of online provided range, a requirement with customer and project details has to be handed up to simulation team. 

An alternative way is to contact with local FAE for help.
