Effective FET Output Capacitance Time Related

Hi All,

Application note Im using is asking for the Effective FET Output
Capacitance Time Related.  

Using IPP200N15N3 G Mosfet in LLC Half Bridge circuit.  

How can I determine the Effective Output Capacitance Time Related?

Q_oss   = C_o(tr)*V_ds  

You can use the above equation to fine output capacitance time related.
