Yes, the software is available for this evaluation board.
When you purchase an Infineon evaluation board, you can register your purchase on the following page:
https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/myInfineon/p/profile/?intc=IFX.BR.promopage.medium-top.2021#/product...
Log into MyInfineon, input the sales name of the board and the serial number of your purchase.
Once this is done, you will receive an email with the download link for all of the project files.
This includes the .hex files for the firmware, source code, schematics, Gerber files, etc.
