Where is the safe operating area for continuous current?

Can this device handle 21 V @ 10 A continuous without a heatsink?

Hi @The_BOOM ,

This device will not be able to withstand 21V, 10A in continues conduction mode.

Attached is the SOA, DC operation contour is also added for the reference.
