Hello

Does Infineon have complementary MOSFETs (Nch_Pch ) for Audio  _traditional Hi-Fi_Class-B amp?

VBRDSS> 150V , Id> 33A  @25deg-C  is   required.

I found ipb720p15lm for Pch,  but I could not find  similar Vth, VGS-Id characteristics for Nch MOSFETs.

I think IPB200N15N3 may be candidate, but  Vth is different.

Please advise.

Sorry for my slow response on this.
I was checking expert if we have any tested complimentary pair for such the use case but there is no tested solution unfortunately. You can try the combination which you mentioned above.

I would suggest IPP030N10N3 G(Nch) instead of IPP320N20N(Nch).  For Class B topology design, following 3 factor are very important;
1. Vgs curve similarity
2. Transfer char. similarity
3. Qg and Ciss similarity

IPP320N20N(Nch) Qg is very low compared with IPP330P10NM(Pch). So it might be difficult to get them balance.
IPP030N10N3 G(Nch) has similar Qg, rise time, Vgs threshold and transfer characteristics. But the FET made by different process technology so this point might be risk in my suggestion. 

To clarify if it will work as you expected or not, cut and try might be needed for discrete Class B solution.

Unfortunately, we don't have good suggestion to your requirement as you had already reached out. If you can accept to relax some requirements such as VBRDSS> 150V  to VBRDSS> 100V. We might have some suggestions.

Is it acceptable for you?

VBRDSS>100V case,  I found  followings  for complementary set .

IPP330P10NM(Pch) , IPP320N20N(Nch): both same Vgs(th) and almost same Id-Vgs curve.

Do you have any recommended complementary set ?
