Hi,
Could BSC030N08NS5ATMA1 supports up to 20A application?
Current EVB using 8 MOSFETs for 10A, is higher drain current and power MOSFET needed to drive design up to 20A?
TMC-UPS-10A70V-A-EVAL Manual (trinamic.com)
- is drive by 4pc Gate driver LM5109BSD/NOPB (1-A, 100-V half bridge gate driver)

Hello @Carmen_MC ,
The current rating of the TMC-UPS-10A70V-A-EVAL Evaluation Board is up to 10A.
Where as the mentioned MOSFET, part no.- BSC030N08NS5ATMA1, can support the drain current up to 161 A rating, which can be too high if you want to use it in existing board configuration.
If you want to replace the existing MOSFETs in the Eval board with some other MOSFETs in the similar rating, you can explore our MOSFET product page- https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/power/mosfet/#!products
Make sure that the drivers should be capable of driving the new MOSFETs.
