I am planning to use this MOSFET BSC026N08NS5 for my one of the Power Redundancy circuit, i just wanted to know if this MOSFET can be used for Automotive Application. The operating temp range of this MOSFET given in Datasheet is -55'c to 150'c.

BSC026N08NS5 is not an automotive qualified part. You can check through below link if you are looking for  AEC/ automotive qualified parts .

Unfortunately, there is no auto qualified  FFF replacement for  BSC026N08NS5. Hence we request you to share us the component specification as per your application requirement, based on which, we can provide you more specific recommendation.

    this is not automotive product, means we do not recommend to use it in automotive application.
