Hello @KUOWENYUNG,

Could you also please let us know a few more details about your requirement.

1. load current ratings

2. Isolation requirements between HV and the control circuit?

3. What is the capacitance value on the load side?  Is there any pre-charge arrangement already in place to limit the inrush current?

4. Is this an automotive application?

Also, we have wide range of SSR's available in Infineon portfolio. Have you already evaluated this for your application?
