Is this part washable?  In other words...can this part undergo cleaning by water wash after solder?

If you are doing it for the test boards in the lab, We recommend using IPA (Isopropyl alcohol). It is generally compatible with most materials used in electronics. If you are planning for the series PCB productions, We recommend to use the industrial standards fits for your industry for example IPC J-STD-001G, IPC J-STD-001G etc.
