I'm using the Infineon Nano Audiohub eval board with the IM69D130 microphones and using Audacity to record the audio.
It appears that the eval board automatically mutes the mic audio when there is no speech. I can record speech all day but as soon as I try using white noise as the sound source the audio mutes. This seems to happen regardless of the audio level. Does this board have some sort of noise blanking? Is there anyway to disable if there is?
Hi, i'm recording sound wave using Infineon S2GO MEMSMIC IM69D MEMS Microphone.
https://www.hackster.io/Infineon_Team/i2s-mems-microphone-im69d130-for-raspberry-pi-848b81
I follow the whole process exactly by referring to this link.
When i play the .wav file, i can only hear the noise .
What can i do to solve this problem?
Show LessHi,
I was wondering if an ECAD model existed for the ultrasonic sensor ES – IM70A135UT. I would like to implement it on a PCB card using Kicad, to do so I need the 2D PCB Symbol & Footprint. If not, maybe a similar one exists?
Thanks,
Mhelyn
Show LessHi to all,
Does someone knows if the IM72D128 or some new infineon model fits to the requirements of the EN 61672-1:2003 standard for class 1 level sound meters?

Hello,
I want to place the IM73A135V01 MEMS microphone on a PCB.
Does it matter what the thickness is of the PCB for the omnidirectional pickup pattern?
Is there much difference in for example 0.36mm and a standard 1.55mm PCB?
Thank you,

Hi Team,
We are looking for MEMS MICs that can capture sound having 150 to 160dB SPL. Can you please suggest a suitable MIC for our specifications?
Show LessHello
Looking for recommendations from the MEMs product line for environmental sound monitoring.
We would like a MEMs with good dynamic range to ensure a wide range of sources can be captured in the far field, plus a low noise floor to accurately capture lower level signals. Any suggestions?
The im73d122 looks interesting but perhaps another would be more suitable?
Would the im73d122 PDM mic fit with the AudioHub Nano to allow us to evaluate it? EVAL AHNB IM69D130V01 - Infineon Technologies
Thanks

I was able to record the PDM from the IM69D130 I am wondering does infineon provide the a reference coefficient for the decimation filter? I am unable to get the noise floor to match of the EVAL AHNB IM69D130V01. What filter was used to make the acoustic specification in data sheet? How can I meet that specification? what filter design approach was used?

Hello
Please let me confirm the meaning of "component level IP57" on IM72D128 data sheet.
I am concerned about Water and Dust comes from Sound Port through PCB hole to IM72D128.
( Please see attached )
If it was Okay, it is very good for out-door surveillance camera.
Please advise.

Hello Infineon team,
When thinking about the application for these in vehicle microphones, odds are they will be covered by some sort of beauty piece when installed. I was wondering if the material the cover is made out of assuming metal or plastic has an effect on the voice recognition or sound passthrough. If there is an effect could you provide info on which material has the best voice recognition when placed over these microphones. Thank you.
