Hi all,
There aren't the max and min value in the Acoustic characteristics in the datasheet except the sensitivity. when many mics are used same time and executes digital signal processing (eg. ANC) with the data from each mic, I think that the customer should consider the deviation of the acoustic characteristics of each MIC.
Why there is no description them?
For example, how much is the deviation of Individual differences regarding "Typical group delay and phase response"?
Best regards,
H.N

Hi @h_nakamura ,
The datasheet has only typical performance for given test conditions as these will be continuously verified. The performance of the many microphones being used simultaneously will not only depend on the individual microphones but also on the environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature and system design parameters. Thus, the final performance in the application you are building can be verified and can be incorporated into the design at the end.
Hope this helps
Best Regards

Hello @h_nakamura ,
Can you please tell us which MEMS microphone you are specifically referring to?
Meanwhile, please refer to this document on acoustic and mechanical implementation for MEMS Microphone.
