In macro SetPinFunc_SINX_Y and similar there appear two numbers (X and Y) If I understand well the first number is the serial channel, what is the function of the second one ?

The individual channel's Input pin may be placed at difference pin, the Y refers to the specific pin, have a look at the "List of pin functions" part of the specific device datasheet.

Please note, PSoC4/6 device (instead of the FMx family MCU) are more recommended for new design.

So if I have an UART at pin SIN1/SOT1 it will be multifunction serial 1 ?

Does the X selects the channel in mfs ?
