Hi,
At "2.2. Peripheral Functions" in the CY91F528's Hardware manual, there is a following description.
Built-in RAM capacity
Main RAM
MB91F528 : 192KB + 128KB (128KB located in the AHB area, a penalty given at access)
What is a penalty given at accessing to 128KB located in the AHB area?
Show LessI am using Multi V7 with ghs probe and I'm trying to program the external flash content using the debugger over the hyperbus, I'm using external flash S26KL512, and it is connected to hyperbus channel 2, which is connected to graphics core, I want to know if this is a valid option or not? and i want to know if there is some sort of a guide for the steps needed to do this. I have a package received from cypress with some flashing scripts and i can see the option of external flash programming in those scripts, but the option in the scripts uses the another channel for flashing. I modified the script to use hyperbus channel 2, and configured the required registers to enable the hyperbusm but when reachin flash burn command in the script to start programming, I'm getting error mentioning that "no flash device detected at 0x40000000", knowing that "0x40000000 the base address for the memory space of the hyperbus channel 2".
Show LessI recently bought a FlexRay Evaluation board from Fujitsu that comes with a Softune Workbench. Unfortunately, the installation is password protected and the email that I am supposed to contact to obtain the password is no longer valid. Is there a way to obtain the password of the installation that I bought, software version 3.6, or would I be able to obtain access to Softune another way? Thanks,
Show LessHi everyone:
I am using S6E2CC as a development kit, I am wondering to use SEGGER Embedded Studio as my IDE, thus I need to use Flash USB Direct Programmer to get the J-link firmware into the Cypress on-board debug solution.
I already download SK-176-s6e2ccTestCode-V12.srec file and try it on Flash USB Direct Programmer. However, there is an error for downloading 'ERROR MCU:9EH No.001 Download error'. I am thinking about since the user manual guide said"connect a USB cable between CN3 and PC.", but I am connecting CN2. However, the problem is the board is not working when I connecting CN2(no power, no LED). Is it normal?? Or there is something wrong with my board? I appreciate with your suggestion, thanks!!
best regards,
Shen
Show LessHi,
I am looking for the exact dimensions of the FM4-176L-S6E2DH: length, width and position of the mounting holes. I searched it, but it seems that are not available.
I need it to create a proposal.
Thanks!
Show LessUnfortunately it is not possible for me to set the pins of port 0 high in BSCAN mode. For ports 1, 2 and 3 it works. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?
Maybe Port Status during PSS
Show LessGood day!!
I am currently using TC39x family controllers in one of our test boards, in which we were working on with a software(i meant to say, Controller is not a Virgin one).
we activated the HSM (Hardware security Module) and then accidentally erased the whole Program Flash Area 😞
From then on, we see the controller is running in Bootstrap mode,
Could Someone help me, How i can get the controller out of this mode?
Thank you!! Show Less
Hi,
1)
Can you tell me the Junction-Case Thermal Resistance θjc of S6E2C2AL0A and S6E2C2AJ0A?
2)
in case of calculating with θja, where is the measurement point of Ta?
(ex. Within 5mm of the top of the package center)
Best Regards,
Inoue
Show LessI use a TJA1051 to CAN Connection,the S6E2G's VCC is 5V and the PPL frequency is 160M HZ.
It can transmit successful in 100k bit/s.Code as follows
stcCanConfig.bTouchPrescaler = TRUE;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u8TimeSegment1 = 13;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u8TimeSegment2 = 6;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u8SyncJumpWidth = 1;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u16Prescaler = 8;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.enCanPrescaler = CanPreDiv110; // 160 MHz / 10 = 16 MHz
but it's failed in 200k bit/s.Code as follows,I changed stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u16Prescaler.
stcCanConfig.bTouchPrescaler = TRUE;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u8TimeSegment1 = 13;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u8TimeSegment2 = 6;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u8SyncJumpWidth = 1;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.u16Prescaler = 4;
stcCanConfig.stcBitrate.enCanPrescaler = CanPreDiv110; // 160 MHz / 10 = 16 MHz
The STATR Register' LEC = 4 .It means BIT 1 error.
When the error occurs the voltage of tx pin of TJA1051 is about 2.7V. It is stange ,because in the DATASHEET ,the H level outputvoltage is VCC-0.5~VCC ,the L level outputvoltage is VSS ~ 0.4V.
