Hi!
Usually one would use the TLE6250GV33 CAN-Bus transceiver when using a XC2000/XE166
with dual power supply (3.3V for Digital, 5V for Analog).
Now if we want to use terminal 15/30 applications (German: Teilnetzbetrieb), one can not go
for the TLE6250.
When looking at the datasheet of the TLE6251DS, which is "...designed to provide an
excellent passive behavior when the transceiver is switched off (mixed networks, terminal
15/30 applications)", I'm woundering how this can work together with the aforementioned
micro-controller.
The datasheet specifies in table 5 only a HIGH/LOW level output current on the RxD pin.
The TxD pin is being specified with a min. HIGH level voltage of 2.0V, so this input is
definitely compatible to 3.3V logic.
Looking at the datasheet of the eg. XC2336B in table 12, an "Absolute sum of overload
currents" is being specified.
Can I therefore assume, if taking all other possible overload currents into account,
one can directly attach the TLE6251DS to a dual powered XC2000/XE166 micro-
controller? Or can it directly interface to 3.3V logic?

Hello there,
For XC2364, I'd like to change clock source from external(or internal) to internal(or external) during run-time.
I had been trying to search this topic out until I found that there is no such page in our um nor pg.
Is there anyone knows this method? or could you tell me where the relevant reference document is? Show Less

Hi,
I'm trying to connect JTAG to fresh device of XC2234L that has never been programmed.
BMI is invalid because device is new. So, only things that I should configure for JTAG connection are P2.9=pulled -up, P10.12=pulled-down,and TRST=pulled-up.
But, I failed to connect via JTAG to a device. I'm using HITOP program with Miniwigger and 3rd party JTAG, TantinoXC to check connection between MCU and JTAG.
Is there something to check?
Thanks in advance.

Hi guys,
I'm a bit confused. After reading thru the data sheet, it seems the micro can be programmed thru UART or SPD (?). What programmer do I need to use for this? I dont want to buy the easy kit. Is there a simpler way? I guess it's not possible to debug with UART. Is SPD for that purpose? Is there any other difference? The website is not very organized or informative.
Is this Dave Bench the IDE? All I need is to download this?

Hi,
I have a customer asking if we can drive with CCU6 at least one of the low side transistors during commutation between blocks. They believe that they need this for EMI constraints. The application is controlling a 3 phase motor.
Is it possible to do this with the Multichannel feature in order to modulate the low channel during the block commutation?
Thanks

I have a customer that is using a microchip cap touch solution right now and trying to convert them over. They are having issues with the microchip solution having false touch detection based on the EMC from a power supply and RF noise from Wireless remote. What suggestions for layout should I give and other areas to watch out for to make sure our solution converts them over.

Could you pls offer some example about how to protect XC2000 Flash.Using IFX Memtool or any other tools?
