Hi. everybody.
I made a board for our project and purchased MiniWiggler v3.
And trying to connect these for download and debugging.
The JTAG connector was not included in the Mini wiggler, so I used the DAP.
However, our board is not recognized in DAS device scanner.
The DAS program was recently received from the website and used, and Mini wiggler's pins were connected as follows.
--------------------------------------------------
1. Vref : 5V
2. DAP1 : P10.12 of xc2786
3 GND : GND
4. DAP0 : P10.10 of xc2786
5. GND : GND
6. DAP2 : Not connected
7. Key : Not connected
8. DAP3 : /TRST of xc2786
9. GND : GND
10. RESET : /PORST of xc2786
--------------------------------------------------
Debugger-related registers are used as default values.
And advice if there's any way I can be extra careful or try.
Thank you.
Show LessHi Infineon expert,
I have used Infineon ICE2HS01G for Half bridge LLC converter for EV charger application.
Power rating is 1KW,Input is 410V DC, output is 58V,20A max.
I have followed design steps of infineon reference design of 2KW,48V Charger(LLC section only), https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/eval_2kw_48v_char_p7/
Converter is working good, but problem is Ripple voltage and Ripple current Requirement could not able to match.
Our requirement is 0.5V Ripple voltage and 0.5A ripple current tight regulation, for me Bridge Rectified,100HZ ripple travelled through output side as well. output side with L or without L we observe same response for 100HZ ripple
Kinldy advice me steps to follow to reduce this 100Hz Ripple(either by playing feedback path, rejecting 100HZ component in frequency response & its corresponding R,C values and High frequency ripples.I have attached circuit and output waveforms for your references
Show Lesshi,
can anyone please provide any informations on what kind of data are located at the 25th sector (25 0xA0220000 0x00020000 RW
) of an edc17c64 ???
and is there a software possibility to set it to read only, then to bypass the flag in orther to write it ????

Hello,
Some boards of our last batch have problems connecting to the XE164FM. Normally we connect the miniWiggler and use Memtool to program the boards for the first time. However on the problematic boards Memtool cannot connect and DAS Basic Client says "DAS Error: DEVICE_LOCKED" and we are prompted to enter a key. We have no idea what key to enter as we have never assigned one. The device is identified as XE166/XC2000-Family.
Instead we tried to connect using the BSL/ASC mode. After making sure the configuration pins have the correct levels we were able to connect using Memtool. However all PFLASH sectors are locked and cannot be erased or programmed. All sectors execept for #15 have a blue padlock, #15 has a black one. We tried to remove protection from all sectors (and specific ones) but Memtool gave us a "Protection operation failed!" error. The Memtool log says the following:
- Couldn't disable protection ! Wrong password ?
- Couldn't disable protection ! Wrong password ?
- Error message from FLASH driver, command 'Protection':
- FLASH/OTP operation failed
Reading from the locked sectors seems to work. At least Memtool reports success.
Any ideas why this is happening? We have not locked anything. Could the XE164 be faulty? Or could any external component on the board cause problems like these? If so where should we start to look?
Show LessMiniProg4 (CY8CKIT-005) - I have purchased the KIT. Installed PS0C Programmer and Cypress Programmer - both can see the device.
Is it possible to read Fujitsu MB91F016 with it? Would it be possible to read / write MB91F037, MB90F058(60) with it?
Doing some localisation project on existing hardware.
What would be the physical connections? Assume SWD. Understand by reading the manual for the kit and by looking at the drop down menu in above softwares - that the Fujitsu (as being obsolete) may not been officially supported. Perhaps someone have already created a small mod for it.
Thanks.
Show LessI am using the example code "i2c_master_polling" on an S6E1C3, and I also have an I2C analyzer attached to help figure out what's going on. So far, I have performed a full write sequence successfully. However, when I get to the read function, it hangs while waiting for the INT bit to get set. The I2C analyzer shows that at least the i2c_addr+RD has been sent successfully
I added some debug print statements to help determine how far it was getting, and I notice that the extra time that is spent sending the debug print statements changes the results: I can now read the first byte (though it hangs again on the second byte).
Any ideas on what is the cause of this race condition and why this example code is hanging? It's also unclear what the mechanism is to tell the I2C master to read another byte (is it just the clearing of the INT bit?)
Show LessWe are using SAK-TC1793F-512F270EF AB in railway application there our product observed failure in radiated emission test at around 920 MHz frequency.
During investigation we found that this is frequency harmonics generated by oscillator (CB3LV-5I-20MHz) used for controller. Layout for oscillator is done as per recommendation. As a next step we added series termination resistor with 47Ohm and then we have passed result.
Is adding 47Ohm series termination will impact any operation of SAK-TC1793F-512F270EF AB ? Can we go ahead with this solution or do you recommend any other idea for our RE problem ?
Show LessHello,
SAK-XC2287M-104F80LR-AB / PG-LQFP-144-4
In below pic, some of the parts have chamfered corner at the lower left corner (as datasheet shows) and some of the parts have it at the upper left side corner.
Is that normal?
Looking forward your early reply, thank you.
