Hello everyone,
I'm already using DMA+SSC in one of the projects I'm working on, but I'm having trouble using the same configuration in another project. The problem is that in the second project I get DMA errors ME0DER/ME0SER related to DMA access to certain address spaces. The error exists even though all possible access permissions are given (DMA_ME0AENR=0xFFFFFFFF; and DMA_ME0ARR = 0x0000E0E0;). When comparing the working and non-working project, I found the following - the buffer of the working project is located in an address space starting with 0xA1000000, while the buffer of the non-working project is located in an address space starting with 0xD0000000. Unfortunately, at this stage of working on the project, I cannot modify the linker file and move all variables to the address space starting with 0xA1000000.
Question - can the DMA access addresses starting with 0xD0000000 and if so - how to enable it.
Regards,
Peter
Show LessHello, I have a problem with XC164 TwinCAN Controller. It functioned since many years very good, but now a customer need an changed function in handling the system. It is a CANopen project. Now the customer wants that the system react in blinking a LED when the HW is disconnected from CAN-Bus, so he can see this on an extern LED. The controller XC164 have 2 register, ACR and ASR. In ACR there is EIE for enabling the corresponding interrupt. In ASR there is the state BOFF. BOFF should be set when the CANcontroller is disconnected from bus, e.g. description. I read this state continously, but no BOFF is set, when I disconnect the system from CAN-Bus. What do I wrong, or what can I do to find a solution to react the system on disconnecting from CAN-Bus ?
Thanks for answering very fast, because the custumer needs the system. Reiner...
Show LessHello, may I ask if IFX has an integrated solution for thermal management. For example, NXP's S912 can directly control 3 pumps, so there is no need to use 9877 to control the pumps separately. If there is such an integrated solution, please recommend it, thank you!

Show LessHello Community
Does anyone have a clue where I can find USB Drivers for the Spansion MB-2100-01A-E SPEED BOX emulator?
Looks like this is impossible to get. I work on Win11 but eventually, I can get an older computer with win7/win10 whatever.
Please let me know if this is possible to find somewhere.
Thank you!
Jakub

Show LessI'm looking for the documentation for the Easy Kit XC800.LQFP evaluation board (KIT_XC878_EK_V1).
I don't have the CD that came with the kit and there is no download option on the product page.
I've found the "XC878 Easy Kit: Cookery Book" which is something, but it doesn't have schematics which would be very helpful.
I'm also looking for the documentation of the expansion board, but I couldn't find the name on the board.
