In Datasheet, Value of MB95F633K's Cs capacitor is descrived as

"The decoupling capacitor for the VCC pin must have a capacitance equal to or larger than the capacitance of CS.".

And, there is below table.

Is there the recommended value?

If yes, please tell it.

And, please tell me why "The decoupling capacitor for the VCC pin must have a capacitance equal to or larger than the capacitance of CS.".

Capacitors connected to C terminal are used for stabilization and smoothing against transient current load.

For this parts, please use a capacitor in the range of 0.022 to 1 μF shown in the table.

Thank you for your answer.

Please tell me additional question about the decoupling capacitor for Vcc.

In datasheet, there is a below sentence.

"The decoupling capacitor for the VCC pin must have a capacitance equal to or larger than the capacitance of CS."

Why must it have capacitance equal to or larger than the capacitance of CS?

And, is there the best value for the decoupling capaciter for Vcc when the customer chooses 0.1uF as Cs value?
