Hi,
I plan to use S6E2C1AH0AGV2000A and would like to know the impedance and tolerance (xx ohm, +/- xx % or min.) of analog port AN00 to 31 terminal.
I can find the impedance value in datasheet which is 12Kohm "Analog input resistance, Rain" because our AVCC design is 3.4V, but tolerance is not described.
So, could you please let me know the tolerance or minimum value?

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to calculate the voltage accuracy of dividing resistors.
Therefore I'd like to know the impedance and tolerance between analog pin(s) and GND if possible.
