Impact of replacing CY90F867ESPMC-GE1 with CY90F867ESPF-GSE1

Hi,

I have a customer who has been using CY90F867ESPMC-GE1.

But as the device is in EOL status, replacement to CY90F867ESPF-GSE1 was suggested.

Now the customer is anxious about how difficult it will be to switch these devices

As far as I tried, I could not find the datasheet of CY90F867ESPMC-GE1.

Although both use same package QFP-100, I heard that some pin layout may be different.

So could someone provide me answers to 

(1) How compatible these two devices are?

     Will there be much software modification required?

     Or are they identical from the software view point?

(2) How many changes took place in the pin layout?

     Can I get pin layout of CY90F867ESPMC-GE1?

     Hopefully, the datasheet will be more preferable.

(3) Is/are there things we must inform the customer regarding the switch of these devices?
