Dear Community.

During the debugging of CY9BF524L, The P5 port did not output when used as I2C,Changing it to GPIO cannot output either.

What special settings do I have if I need to use P5?

thanks!!!

For certain special pins such as multiplexed ADC, DAC, LCD, etc., we should disable their default functions before configuring them as GPIO.

You should disable the AN23, AN24 for this case.

Please download the FM3 PDL, it provides lots of examples for you reference.

Thanks for your support and guidance.

Disable the AN23, AN24.

GPIO5 can be used normally now.

Thanks!!!
