is the 16 bit microcontroller CY96F346  still in production?

do you know if it's already foreseen a production shut off?

My company uses a few 16LX MCUs from Fujitsu, and had been affected by both discontinuations and shortages of those controllers. This seems to affect 16FX and FR60 (32-Bit) devices as well. Being transmitted to a different parent company three times now does surely not improve future prospects of Fujitsu legacy devices.

I personally would think of a newer alternative, even if it involves more effort porting existing firmware.
