Hello Cypress Community,
the 16bit MCU CY90F345CASPFR-GSE1 is obsolete and I found the CY90F345CASPFR-GS-SPE1 at mouser:
The Datasheet and the order Information are really confused.
Anybody here who can tell me the difference between CY90F345CASPFR-GS-SPE1 and CY90F345CASPFR-GSE1?
Thx!

Hi,
Here is how to check the part number.
Meaning of Legacy 16-bit/32-bit Auto MCU Part Numbers – KBA227619
According to this, the only difference is the factory information.
Therefore, I think that the characteristics are the same.
Thanks,
Tetsuo

Hallo Tetsuo,
vielen Dank für die Informationen. Der CY90F345CASPFR-GSE1 ist abgekündigt. Und der CY90F345CASPFR-GS-SPE1 soll neu und aktiv sein. In der PTN201304 & PTN201304A wurde die Bezeichnung "CY90F345CASPFR-GS-SPE1" nirgendwo erwähnt.
Ist der "CY90F345CASPFR-GS-SPE1" Controller noch aktiv ?

I'm sorry.
I have a poor understanding of German.
I translated your question into English with "Google Translate".
Is your question below?:
"Is the" CY90F345CASPFR-GS-SPE1 "controller still active?"
If it is correct, the answer is "yes". The status is "In Production".
Contact your local Cypress Sales for details (availability, pricing, etc.).
Thanks,
Tetsuo

because of the automatic translation, I quickly fell back into German ^^, sorry.
But the translater did it right, that was my question. I do not quite understand why Cypress did not provide this information in the EOL notification. Doesn´t matter - thank you very much. I will contact our local cypress sales.
