Hello,
Do you have data of how many cycles max(limit) of work flash write/erase is on FM4 series ?

> According to datasheet on page 152, the write cycles depend on data hold time (year).
No, it is the other way around.
The more often you erase/write, the less is the guaranteed data hold time.
> Is the maximum(limit) write cycles for guarantee specified on datasheet?
It seems Fujitsu/Spansion/Cypress never specified a singular number like other manufacturers.
I interpret the given table in a way that up to 100.000 cycles are guaranteed (at max. operation temperature) if you are ok, with the reduced data hold time.
That number is quite in the range what other vendors specify.

Dear Tao_2199,
Which device series in FM4 do you ask?
And, which would you like to know,
- Write cycles and data hold time?
- Write (Erase) access time?
These data has been already described in datasheet.
For example, S6E2H datasheet (001-98943 Rev.*F)

Hello TakashiM_61,
Thank you for answer.
>Which device series in FM4 do you ask?
-> S6E2H series.
My question is that do you have a data of max(limit) write cycles for guarantee?
According to datasheet on page 152, the write cycles depend on data hold time (year).
Is the maximum(limit) write cycles for guarantee specified on datasheet?
