请问,DAP miniwiggler 连接不上xc2365A芯片?

尝试过JTAG或DAP,都连接不上芯片,请问下有可能什么原因导致的。

另外,针对XC2365A的话,

1.使用JTAG的引脚是哪些,从手册中看到好多组jtag的引脚(TDI/TDO/TMS/TCK)?

2.使用DAP的引脚是哪些?

Thanks.The reason is that P10 pin is not configured.

I think you need to refer to the datasheet of your device.

We are using a XC2286, and I can show the respective document section for this device:

Furthermore, DAP and JTAG seem alternative modes for the debug interface. Detection is done at startup via input lines. The datasheet says:
3.7 On-Chip Debug Support (OCDS)
...
The OCDS is controlled by an external debugging device via the debug interface. This
either consists of the 2-pin Device Access Port (DAP) or of the JTAG port conforming to
IEEE-1149. The debug interface can be completed with an optional break interface.
...
The DAP interface uses two interface signals, the JTAG interface uses four interface
signals, to communicate with external circuitry. The debug interface can be amended
with two optional break lines.

I assume the XC2365 is similiar in this regard.
