        I was writing data to the main Flash using 16bit, and there was a discrepancy between the data read and the data written. I used the reference routine to simplify the code that could cause problems.

Hi Dear,

We used to use CY96F348HSCPQC-GSE2 and CY96F348HSBPQCR-GSE2 for our controller,  now we need produce some controllers for our customer, and they are both obsolete part now, when I check discontinued product function for them, Infineon official website shows both of these 2 parts don't have replacement, could you please advise some solution or suggest any simillar part(s) for thess 2 parts,

I'm trying to figure out how to erase PFlash1 sector 0.

Give me a hint please should I use the following settings?

ST = 0xA0000000;

SA = 0xA0800000; // PFlash1 S0?

Erase Sector
Calling:
• ST 5554 H , xxAA H

• ST AAA8 H , xx55 H
• ST 5554 H , xx80 H
• ST 5554 H , xxAA H
• ST AAA8 H , xx55 H
• ST SA, xx30 H
Function:
The sector “SA” is erased.

I have an Infineon XE167 microcontroller in an older project. Now I have to search an issue. But we have no Debugger in the company for Infineon microcontrollers. 

Which debugger do i need to debug on this controller.
