Hi,
I am evaluating TLD7002, I have questions about the interface. I see the diagram on datasheet first page, the HSLI connects directly to CANH and CANL of MCU, from my understanding, CANH and CANL will transfer CAN data format, but I don't see TLD7002 datasheet indicates it can solve CAN data format, it looks like it only can support UART data. So I have two questions:
1. does the data sheet is not right ? or my understanding is not rigfht.
2. do i need to add CAN transceiver between MCU and TLD7002, if the MCU out
Show LessHi,
I am planning to add a pull-up resistor between the +Vs and EN (pin_1) of the BCR420UE6327HTSA1 so I can enable/disable the chip via an open-drain output. I have attached the screenshot for reference.
Is there a limit as to maximum value of the pull-up resistor that I can use without significantly impacting the base current that's driving the transistor and/or affecting the overall performance of the driver? Based on the datasheet, there seem to be an internal resistor after the EN pin (red circle in the screenshot), but I haven't been able to find the value of this resistor in the datasheet.
Thanks and hope to hear your feedback soon.
Cheers,
RC
Show LessThere are two thresholds for the EN/DEN pin: output enable and diagnosis enable.
If the terminal voltage is 2V, the output enable (threshold 1.8V or less) reaches the threshold, but the diagnosis enable (threshold 2.4V or more) does not reach the threshold.
I think diagnosis does not work under those conditions, but current still be output from the OUT pin?
What are the limits of the TLD2132-1EP PWMI pin input frequency and input pulse conditions?
The datasheet didn't have any stipulations for each.

Hi everyone, On my country is not available the programing board for TLD7002, but I have a XMC47RELAXV1TOBO1 board that is the same that use the Led driver programming board. Do you know if is possible or there are some way to use this one to program the TLD7002?
Show LessHi Team;
If i leave the ic PFC pins and BO pins blank, will the icl5102 continue to work normally?
My goal is to make a 36V 10A (360W) LLC topology power supply.(No PFC)
Best Regards.

One of our customers (Konark) is working on an ICL5102 device for 200W, and they need your help regarding transformer design for LLC and PFC. below are the required details.
“We need your support on transformer design data (PFC Boost Transformer & LLC transformer) which is the major crucial aspect of any LLC-based design.
Please find the below-mentioned requirements and give support on transformer design.
AC input Voltage: 100V – 290V
Input Frequency: 47Hz – 63Hz
Required Efficiency : >93%
Rated LED Voltage: 48V – 60V
LED Current range: 0.032 - 3.2A
LED Power: 192W (Maximum)
Analog Dimmable: YES (0-10V analog dimming)
THD : <10%
PF : >0.95
I also have some other queries regarding the LLC topology:
Q1: Should we design a Split Bobbin transformer (Lr & Lm) for the LLC stage, or should we use a separate standard transformer for Lr & Lm.?
Q2: Can we design an LED driver with higher output voltage and low output currents like a 200W LLC driver with only 700mA/750mA output current only or must we shift from LLC to LCC topology.?
Please share the transformer designs for the PFC Boost stage & LLC stage so that we can design the PCB accordingly.
Need your support ASAP.”
