Hi @rohit07
Thanks for posting on the Infineon Community.
XDPL8219 supports universal input RMS AC voltage from 90 volts to 305 volts and 127 to 432 volt DC. So, It is necessary to operate the device within this limit. Otherwise, it will go to the protection mode like overvoltage, under-voltage, etc. and you will not get the Gate pulse. As per the ZCD-Pin switching signal, the input and output voltage is estimated. Can you please also mention the input voltage value, whether it is AC or DC?
The minimum value of the voltage across the Vcc-pin is 7.5 volt. So, It is also necessary to check the voltage at the VCC-pin also. The controller is enabled only when VVCC exceeds the Vvccon.
The typical value of the gate driver voltage is 12 volt. Depending on the rising slope of the gate driver voltage ,the switching speed of the MOSFET is decided.
Can you please check and let us know how much voltage you are getting at the GD pin & CS pin of XDPL 8219 ?
