What is the difference between IMI110 and IMM100?

The main difference is that the IMI110 uses IGBTs as a power stage instead of MOSFETS and is for motor power up to ~70 W without heatsink (IMM100 ~80 W without heatsink). The IMI110 series is integrating motor controller, three phase gate driver and 600 V/2 A IGBTs in a DSO-22 package. The IMM100 series is the next generation of the highly-successful iMOTION™ motor control product line. It combines the motor controller IC and a 3-phase inverter stage in a single, highly compact 12 x 12 mm PQFN package. Compared to the IMI110, the IMM100 supports PFC control and offers position sensing sensorless and hall sensor. Also, the IMI110 has the advantage over the IMM100 of easy design due to a single-layer routing.
