1. When VFWD_WRN is set to 0:

By setting to 0V the VFWD_VLED_TH and VFWD_VS_TH, the forward voltage warning is in theory disabled but in case the forward voltage is very small (close to 0V) then VFWD_WRN could still be triggered because VFWDn = VOUTn-VLED, where VOUTn and VLED are readings affected by noise and this could lead to a negative VFWD.

Negative VFWD generates VFWD warning.

2. When SLS is set to 0:
Single LED short (SLS) detection is never triggered when the SLS threshold is set to 0.
The sign on Datasheet Chapter 7.9 is actually a < and not <= (0 ≤ VFWDn < VSLSth_m) and there is no risk of reading negative VFWD (e.g due to noise), because in case of negative VFWD reading, the logic does not let the SLS pass (it consider a sort of "wrong ADC reading").
