What does the LITIX™ Basic+ IERRN(fault) parameter stand for?

IERRN(fault) [P_7.5.2], is the strength of the ERRN pin pull-down current, which is minimum 2mA.
During a fault we have to ensure that the pull-down current is stronger than the pull-up current. So, the pull-up current has to be below 2mA.
