Is the following feature supported in the XMC7000 MCU family? If a new A/D conversion is started before the previous A/D conversion result is read, the next conversion will start. However, the result will not be saved.

No. In the XMC7000 MCU family, after the next conversion start, the new result overwrites the previous one.
