As soon as the junction temperature exceeds the overtemperature threshold T_JSD = 175°C (typ), the output is disabled and the IN_SET pin goes into a weak pull-down state with a current consumption I_IN_SET(fault) = 10 µA.
If the temperature cools down below T_JSD - T_J(hys) = 175°C - 10°C, the IN_SET rises again to V_IN_SET(ref) within an additional time t_IN_SET(del). Consequently, the output current rises again.
