Is it possible that PROFET+2 and SPOC+2 devices could lose control of the Gate/input signal when exposed to a negative gate to source bias. e.g. If the device has an open circuit (gate/input is near zero volts (commanded OFF) and the source is pulled high via a current source on the output used for open circuit detection, or if the source/output is shorted to battery).
