Question: How to integrate an I2C module for the AURIX™ TC2xx series MCUs. Is there a possibility to do so?
Answer: The AURIX™ TC2xx series MCUs do not have dedicated I2C modules. However, you can emulate an I2C interface with the help of bit banging. To do so, use the CPU to generate the protocol with the required data to send and send it through the Timer Output Module (TOM) channels.
