Parameter | Parameter ID | Typ. value at 25°C | Comment |
---|---|---|---|
Base current in in stop mode | P_4.4.2 | 50 µA | - |
Current adder cyclic wake | P_4.4.26 | 18 µA | Refer to note 12) for cyclic wake and 13) from TLE9562 datasheet |
Additional current for one HS on with 130 µs on / 50 ms off (= 0.026 % duty cycle) |
P_4.4.24 | 250 x 0.026% = 0.7 µA | 250 µA is the additional current for the first HS in stop mode. This value must be multiplied by the duty cycle (ton / (ton + toff)) |
CAN wake capable | P_4.4.17 | 4.5 µA | - |
LIN wake capable | P_4.4.11 | 0.2 µA | - |
Total | - | 73 µA | - |
Notes 12) and 13) from TLE9562 datasheet
Note: 73 µA is the average current consumption of the device in the described conditions.
If additional functions are activated e.g. watchdog on, wake inputs are activated, overvoltage brake activated, the corresponding current adder must be taken into account.
The current consumption of the microcontroller must be also added.
