In the Infineon 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ SEMPER™ NOR flash memory device, the top marking has four fields: Device family, speed option, temperature grade, and model number. The speed option and temperature grade can be decoded from the two characters of the SEMPER™ NOR flash’s device top marking. See Chapter 11, Ordering Information in the SEMPER™ NOR Flash datasheet (Doc. No. 002-12345) for valid combinations.
