Operation with fPWM of 20kHz on INH is not recommended and can reset a thermal shutdown fault condition:
There is the risk the device goes in shutdown (IN=0 and INH = 0). Furthermore in case of a thermal shutdown, the fault condition will be reset with IN and INH low for max 9us. A thermal shutdown condition may not be detected by the system and could lead to thermal overstress and harm ro our device.
