The transmitter delay compensation offset is the most common cause of this. For an example of a 2-Mbps CAN FD network, the typical value is 400 ns.
Check the “NTDCRx.TDCO” setting for the AURIX™ TC2xx family and the “TDCRi.TDCO” setting for the AURIX™ TC3xx family.
