In AURIX™ TC2xx, the maximum GTM (Generic Timer Module) clock frequency is 100 MHz; therefore, the highest resolution can be 10 ns.
In AURIX™ TC3xx, the maximum GTM clock frequency is 200 MHz; therefore, the resolution is higher up to 5 ns.
