- Check the junction temperature (TJ) is approximately 25°C.
- Another reason can be that the device failed to enter the standby mode. It reports that when the user connects VEVRSB pin alone at 5 V and does not supply the microcontroller, then it immediately consumes approximately 1.5 mA. Therefore, IEVRSB is larger than the specified value if the device fails to enter the standby mode and VEVRSB alone is supplied.
