Boundary scan is possible on AURIX™ devices through the Joint Test Action Group (JTAG) or Device Access Port (DAP) interfaces. Boundary scan complies with the IEEE standard 1149.1. Note that the IOPATH must be set to 00, which in turn sets the IOClient in the debug module to 0. This indicates that the tool is performing boundary scan and not debugging, and hence avoids erroneous changes from one mode to another.
