Hello Lucas,
Kindly check the section 11.1 of a datasheet. Power ground and signal ground should be connected at a single point and it is recommended to connect them at the end of shunt resistor. It means, 310VDC ground and 15V ground shall be connected. Also, microcontroller power supply ground shall be connected with the 15V ground. I suggest you to consider EVAL-M1-CM610N3 eval board as a reference for your schematic and layout development.
(In your schematic PGND and AGND should be connected.)

Hello @lucas741 ,
Schematic connections look correct. One observation is that shunt resistor value looks lower and is crossing the repetitive peak current capability of the module. Kindly refer CIPOS™ Mini IPM technical description application note and Inverter IPM Reference Board Type 1 for 1-Shunt Resistor for correct selection of shunt resistor value and its RC filter.

I looked at the manual and did not view the calculation where R2 is taken.

Hi,

有两个时间常数需要注意:

1. R2*C10 - 这个时间常数跟器件短路耐受能力相关,具体要参考规格书以及SCSOA来确定合适的参数,保证在最恶劣情况下,短路时间不超过IGBT最大可耐受时间。

2. R4*C13 - 这个时间常数跟保护策略相关,从原理图上看,该信号会反馈给MCU采取相应的动作。如果MCU

所采取的动作跟保护IPM相关,那么这个参数就必须配合IPM的规格书来选择。

Hello,
Not R2, I was referring to shunt resistor R1. Minimum value of R1 shall be 60 mOhm. Kindly refer previously attached application notes. Also, your understanding of R2*C10 and R4*C13 time constants is right.

Hi Vicky, according to your tips, I have changed it to 60 for now. But I have a question now, because the 15V in the IPM is converted from 220 to 24V and then to 15V, and the DC310V is converted from 220V, so in the IPM, I separated the 310VDC and the 15V ground of the IPM in the board, does it make sense? And Hin/Lin is the PWM output from the microcontroller, is this ground shared with the 220 to 24V switching power supply or is it a separate ground on the board? I used 120 mils for the line width between U2 D and S, and I connected the four S's with 120 mils, is that correct?

BTW, C11 is 25V, connecting to D4, I used 20mil, is that correct?
