BTS7010-2EPA according to the reference circuit design, the input PWM signal, the design requirements are, through the input duty cycle changes, open to adjust the output duty cycle, but the actual test situation, the input duty cycle changes, the output does not change, the output of the chip supply voltage of 12V, this is why it is, is not the chip was originally so!

Show LessHello There,
I hoe you are doing well.
I have a question, I saw the specification of IM323-L6G2 as below
Pmot= 1200w
The question is :
how is this IPM (IM323-L6G2) used in EVAL-M1-IM323 that is its max output power =1500w not 1200w ?
Best Regards,
Tawfik
Show LessI am looking for an evaluation board to investigate the use of a ~3hp interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor for a treadmill application.
It looks like the EVAL-M3-IM564 power board + the EVAL-M3-102T fits my needs but I would like to know if there are other Eval kit options available that may work as well.

Good day,
I am looking for an evaluation board as well as choosing the proper IC to my needs.
I have bough a couple of IGCM04F60GA but I couldn't manage to make them work, so I am going to take a step backwards
My objective is to move a Three-Phase induction motor that was rated for a class of 600V.
Originally (20 years ago), the motor was moved with a PS21562-P or a PSS05S92F6-AG (From MITSUBISHI)
Here is the block schematic in order to help understand the global idea.
Related to the control signals, I made a PCB that get's the output signals from another machine, and makes the conditioning in order to have the total six control signals at 3.6V. (UH, VH, WH --- UL, VL, WL)
Is there any evaluation board in wich I could input those signals without the need of a PC or a J-LINK?
Is the IC that I originally chosed IGCM04F60GA proper for my needs?
I can provide some schematics of the test's i've made in order to make the IC work (that did't gave me any result).
As well as osciloscope captures of the actual input control signals.
All help is well apreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Infineon Engineer,
I have some serious thoughts about the operation of a specific component in my project.
1. In the typical circuit schematic provided in the datasheet, The Connection for Pin 13 (ENABLE) is shown as illustrated below.
However, in some research papers, I recommend designs where Pin 14 (IN) is shorted to Pin 13 (ENABLE). In some cases, a 5K ohm resistor is also connected in series with the EN pin. Is such a schematic design proposed?
2. In the absolute maximum ratings diagram shown below, the voltage limits for the recommended pins 13 and 14 are the same and are quite high. However, the datasheet says, 'Apply Logic High Signal to Enable Device. ' What is a logic high signal? Is it based on TTL standards, CMOS standards, or is there a specific limitation?
Your guidance and insights on these matters would be helpful.
Respectfully, Doublemint

Show LessI am trying to use the ARM cortex-M0 core of IM301A to communicate with PC over CAN protocol. I do have the example code for the loopback mode for CAN communication. It works well and I am able to send and receive the data through internal CAN bus.
But the problem arises if I want to communicate the CAN packets to the port pins. I am using P0.12(Rx) and P.013(Tx) for CAN communication. I did following changes to the loopback code:
- Add the code to configure the port pins.
- Disable the loopback mode.
I am adding the files for reference. I would really appreciate if someone can help me to resolve this issue sooner.
