It is related to the basic material, GD's thermal resistance is much lower than GA. So GD version is more expensive than GA and GD is DCB version, GB( or GA) is full package.

We received stock from Infineon for the GB version and customer uses GD version and is asking us this question. Is GB a custom PN?
