Hello team,
Please suggest one IPM.
My application details are
Vdc=300V
Pmot=1.5kW
Torque=10N-m
switching frequency=10kHz
fundamental frequency=50Hz
Please explain me selection procedure also?

Thanks for posting on the Infineon Community page.
For selecting an IPM module follow the below points:
1) Select the voltage rating at least 1.5 times of DC link voltage
2) Select the current rating at least 2 times the rated current.
3) Fix the switching frequency.
4) Calculate the loss and find the junction temperature rise.
I would like to suggest two IPMS from Infineon which suit your application
Attached the link for IPM selection from Infineon product page and also the IPM simulation tool.
